What information is on a listing's detail page?
In the Operations Portal, clicking into a listing from the Listings tab opens a detail page. It has a left-side navigation (Tasks, Calendar, Settings) and five tabs.
Data
Property-specific notes imported from your PMS, such as access codes, WiFi credentials, the Airbnb listing URL, general notes, and entry instructions.
Documents
Upload and manage files (photos, videos, PDFs) for the listing so staff can reference them during tasks. Use the Upload Document button.
Assignments
Set default staff assignments per listing — for example, who the default cleaner, inspector, or maintenance person is. The AI and workflows use these defaults to auto-assign tasks.
Requirements
Configure default requirements that auto-apply to tasks for this property. You can apply them two ways:
By Department — for example, every Maintenance task at this property gets these requirements.
By Task Template — for example, every time the "Arrival Inspection" template is used at this property, add these specific checklist items as a modifier.
Accounting
Owner billing and accounting info tied to the listing.
