Why Add Custom Knowledge?

Besty's AI uses your Knowledge Base to answer guest questions automatically. Adding property-specific details — like parking instructions, WiFi passwords, house rules, and local recommendations — helps your AI give accurate, helpful responses without you having to step in.

How to Add Knowledge Base Content

  1. Go to the Listings page in your Besty dashboard

  2. Click on the listing you want to update

  3. Scroll down to the "Add to knowledge base" section

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the section

  5. Click the + (plus) icon to add a new entry

  6. Enter your content (e.g., "Check-in instructions: The lockbox is located on the front gate, code is 1234")

  7. Save your changes

Tips for Better AI Answers

  • Write knowledge entries as clear, direct answers to common guest questions

  • Include specific details like addresses, codes, and timings

  • Update your knowledge base whenever property details change

  • Add separate entries for different topics (parking, WiFi, checkout procedure, etc.)
