Invoices are provided on request
Besty does not send invoices automatically. If you need one, ask us and we will send it over.
You can request an invoice through the chat, or by emailing support@getbesty.ai.
What you can ask for
A single month, or several months at once.
Everything since you onboarded, if you are catching up on bookkeeping or preparing a tax return.
Delivery to a different address, such as your accountant or your finance team, rather than to you.
If you need invoices regularly, it is worth asking for them on a set day each month so they arrive when your bookkeeping is done rather than when you remember to chase.
There is no billing page in the app
Besty does not currently have a self-service billing page, so invoices cannot be downloaded yourself. Requesting them from us is the way to get them.
