How Besty Billing Works

How Besty charges per listing, when your billing date falls, and how to get an invoice.

Written by Sam Dundas

Besty's billing model

Besty charges on a per-listing basis. Your subscription fee is calculated daily based on the number of active listings connected to your account.

Because it is calculated daily, disabling a listing part-way through a month means you are only charged for the days it was active. There is no cut-off date on which listings are counted.

When am I billed?

Your billing date is your go-live date. You are charged on the same date each month, counting from the day your account went live, rather than on a fixed date shared by all customers.

How do I get my invoice?

Invoices are not sent automatically. We provide them on request.

Ask us for an invoice at any time, either through the chat or at support@getbesty.ai, and we will send it over. You can request a single month, several months at once, or everything since you onboarded, and we can send them to a different address such as your accountant if that is easier.

If you need invoices regularly for bookkeeping, it is worth asking for them on a set day each month so they arrive when you need them.

Is there a billing page I can access?

Besty does not currently have a self-service billing page in the app. For all billing enquiries, invoice requests, or questions about charges, contact us via chat or at support@getbesty.ai.

Do you charge tax or VAT?

Tax is not collected automatically on the subscription.
