Besty's Billing Model
Besty charges on a per-listing basis. Your subscription fee is calculated daily based on the number of active listings connected to your account.
When Am I Billed?
Billing runs on the 21st of each month. You'll be charged for all active listings on your account at that time.
How Do I Get My Invoice?
Invoices are sent automatically to the email address linked to your Property Management System (PMS). If you haven't received your invoice, check the email address associated with your PMS account first.
If you still can't find your invoice, reach out to us at support@getbesty.ai or via this chat and we'll send it to you directly.
Is There a Billing Page I Can Access?
Besty doesn't currently have a self-service billing page within the app. For all billing inquiries, invoice requests, or questions about charges, please contact our team at support@getbesty.ai.
