How do I configure my account settings and notifications?

Account settings live under Settings > My account.

Inbox notifications

This is where you configure what you get notified about:

  • Guest sends a new message — push notification via the phone app, and/or email notification.

  • Guest escalated message — push notification via the phone app, and/or email notification.

  • Upsell notifications — you're notified by email when a guest purchases an upsell. If you use Slack, you can also get the update through a Slack channel.

  • Ops notifications — notifications for events related to the Operations Portal, such as a task looking for a user or needing to be assigned, someone claiming a task, or a user being assigned a task.

Language

Sets the language Besty appears in.

Confirm send

A safety option that gives you a second chance to read a message before it's sent to the guest.
