Guide to Using the Depot Landing Page

Written by Yasmin Aslaoui

The Depot Landing Page acts as your central dashboard. It aggregates data from Live Status, Usage & Analysis, and Tracking, allowing you to monitor operations and navigate to specific tools directly from one screen.

This is what it looks like:

Here is a breakdown of the interface and how to interact with each section.

1. The "Needs Your Attention" List

This section is a dynamic task list. It only displays items that require action based on your depot's current data. If no issues are detected, this section will show "All set".

Actionable Items: When an issue is flagged, a clickable card appears. When an issue is flagged, click on it and you will be directly redirected to the specific page where you can fix the problem:

  • Blocked tours:

    • What it shows: The number of blocked tours from the previous day.

    • Click action: Redirects to Usage & Analysis, automatically filtered to show only those blocked tours and their recommendations.

  • Low app usage:

    • What it shows: Tours that had less than 1 hour of app activity.

    • Click action: Redirects to Usage & Analysis, automatically filtered to show tours with low activity.

  • Inactive devices:

    • What it shows: Devices that have not been used for at least 3 months.

    • Click action: Redirects to the Devices page, sorted by "last active" date so you can easily identify unused equipment.

2. The "Today" Card (Live Status)

This card provides a real-time snapshot of the current day's operations.

  • What it displays:

    • Live number of active Bettermile tours.

    • Live percentage of closed waypoints (progress).

    • Live number of unsuccessful jobs.

  • Click action: Clicking anywhere on this card opens the live status page for detailed monitoring

3. The "Yesterday" Card (Performance)

This card compares yesterday’s performance against the previous day to help you spot trends.

  • What it displays:

    • Total number of tours vs. the previous day (from yesterday).

    • Percentage of trackable tours vs. the previous day (from yesterday).

    • Graphs: Hover your mouse over the bar charts to see exact numbers for specific days over the last 2 weeks.

    • Categories: The colored bar at the bottom visualizes the split of tour quality from yesterday (e.g., Good vs. Blocked).

  • Click action: Clicking this card redirects you to the Dashboard (Overview tab) to analyze historical data further.

4. Live Tour map

Behind the dashboard cards, you will see a live map preview. This provides immediate visual context of where your current tours are located without needing to leave the landing page. When clicking on it, you are redirected to the interactive map in your Live status page.
