The Bettermile app keeps you informed about important changes during your tour. Notifications help you react quickly if something changes in your route, deliveries, or sequence.
All notifications can be found in the News section in the bottom navigation bar.
Unread notifications
When you receive new messages, a red dot and number appear on the News icon. This shows how many unread notifications you have.
Open the News section to view your latest updates.
Latest notifications first
The newest notifications always appear at the top of the list, so you see the most important information first.
How notifications work
Notifications appear automatically when something changes.
The News tab acts as your message center and collects all updates for your tour.
You will receive notifications when:
A job is removed
A waypoint is no longer part of your sequence
Parcels are added or removed
Your route differs too much from the plan
A delivery address changes
Parcel details are updated (e.g., contact information)
Please note:
Notifications update in real time
Unread messages remain until opened
Always check the News section if you see a red dot
