Explanation of the Better Tracking categories
The Tour categories are based on how well the Bettermile Sequence has been followed over the last 7 days. It may therefore take a few days to change the category.
Good tour
✅ Drop of permission granted
✅ Delivery directly to neighbour allowed in advance
✅ Consignee is tracking the parcel and knows when to expect it
✅ Faster delivery and happy customers
✅ Users can choose an SMS Notification before arrival
✅ Green Tours receive the best ratings by the consignees
Medium Tour
✅ Drop of permission granted
✅ Consignee is tracking the parcel but time frames are large
✅ Delivery directly to neighbour allowed in advance
