The Bettermile application provides the ability to add and modify time frames for an address.
This feature is available in the control panel. Due to prioritisation, we recommend not setting too many time frames (around 10), otherwise this may lead to deviation from the route or confusion. In addition, to avoid any problems, it is important to set the time frames correctly.
In other words, if the time interval is set to 9:00-9:30 and you do not leave the depot before 9:30, you will automatically receive an error message stating that this time interval can no longer be met. The waypoint will then turn orange and will no longer be taken into account in the sequence.
Please note that:
You have the option to "save this time interval for future use" or "apply only for today". To switch between them, tick the appropriate box.
Collections always have time frames that are passed on to us from your organization system.
Your sequence is created taking into account all time frames.
The system tries to adhere to the time frame for as long as possible (priority).
If the time frame is incorrect or inaccurate, you can adjust it and save it for future use.
We do not recommend creating a custom route by setting time windows for each point along the route. This results in an inflexible and static sequence and contradicts the daily changing traffic conditions.
For beginners, it makes sense to fully trust the route created by Bettermile before making individual adjustments in the form of time frames.
