The Devices page gives you all the details related to the devices (shows your own devices and devices assigned to other depots). All this information is downloadable into Excel or CSV.
Device name: device name given in the management system
IMEI: Unique Device number which exists for every device around the globe
Management system: tells you who the provider of the used device is
App version: App version of the Bettermile App
Depot: Depot the device is assigned to
Driver: Name of the last driver who used the device. It will be marked red if the driver belongs to another depot.
Last SuCo login: Name of the sub-contractor of the driver that last used the device
Last login: The date of the last login to the app. If the device has not been used for the last 3 months, the field will indicate > 3 months
Agent Disconnect Date: The last day the device was connected to mobile data
Enrollment Date: The date that the device has been registered
When clicking on the Device Icon on each line, a pop-up with more information opens, including:
Device model
ICCID: ID of the sim card used in the device. Currently only available for KOMSA devices.
Serial number: Serial number of the device
