How to Access Support in the BetterYou App

Primary Support Access (Account Tab)

  1. Navigate to the Account tab (bottom navigation)

  2. Scroll down to find the Action Menu section

  3. You'll see two support options:

    • Help Center - Access helpful articles and answer questions

    • Contact Support - Ask our team questions or see previous support interactions

Quick Support Access (Throughout the App)

Support is also available in various parts of the app for context-specific help:

Goals Summary

  • When viewing your goal summaries, tap the Support button (message icon)

  • Get help specific to your current goal or activity

Sleep Goals

  • In the Sleep section, tap the Support button for sleep-related assistance

General App Support

  • Support buttons appear in various feature areas for contextual help

  • Each support interaction is logged to provide better assistance

Getting the Most from Support
