Yes, you can manually search for orders using customer names or order numbers in the dashboard.

How can I track how many orders are packed or collected?

The system provides:

  • Progress indicators showing percentage completion.

  • Real-time tracking of collected and pending orders.

  • Color-coded order statuses for easy identification.

Can I mark multiple orders at once?

Yes, the system supports bulk actions, allowing you to:

  • Mark multiple orders as Collected.

  • Flag multiple No-Shows.

  • Reset order statuses in bulk.

What happens if a customer does not pick up their order?

  • Mark the order as a No-Show using the bulk actions feature.

  • Add notes if follow-up is needed.
