Buy and print Easyship labels in bulk

Review eligible orders, choose services and buy a batch of Easyship labels without losing per-order checks.

Buy and print Easyship labels in bulk

Bulk label purchase helps you prepare several eligible orders together. Beventi will still review each shipment so a problem with one order does not hide the rest.

Start a bulk purchase

  1. Open Shipping in Beventi.

  2. Select the orders that need labels.

  3. Select the bulk label action.

  4. Review every shipment in the full-screen confirmation.

The review shows each order's destination, weight, service and estimated cost where available.

Resolve warnings and blocked orders

Each row is marked ready, needs attention or blocked. Depending on the order, you may need to:

  • Choose a current carrier service.

  • Correct the delivery address.

  • Complete shipment or product information.

  • Remove an order that is not ready.

  • Buy an order individually when it needs additional customs identifiers.

Removing a row from the batch does not cancel or delete the order. It only excludes that shipment from this purchase.

Bulk purchase can include up to 250 shipments in one request. Unpaid, canceled, incomplete or otherwise ineligible shipments are skipped and shown in the review instead of being purchased silently.

Choose services

Orders with a usable checkout service can keep it. When a service must be selected, review the current fulfillment offers and choose one for that order.

Do not assume the cheapest service is appropriate for every shipment. Check destination, delivery estimate, tracking and any service restrictions.

Choose one label size

Select 4 × 6, A4 or A5 for the batch. The same requested size applies to the labels in that purchase.

Example: choose 4 × 6 when the full packing run will be printed on a thermal printer. Use A4 when the team is printing on standard office paper.

Review the total and buy

The batch total is estimated from the checkout services or the services you selected. Easyship confirms the actual wallet charges as each shipment completes.

Select Buy labels only after checking the included orders, services and requested page size.

Follow progress

Bulk endpoints are handled per order form. If your selection contains orders from more than one form or listing, Beventi groups and processes them one form at a time.

The progress view shows purchased, failed and skipped shipments. You can safely close it while processing continues and return to the batch later.

When the batch finishes:

  • Open the purchased labels.

  • Review any failed or skipped rows.

  • Retry a failed shipment individually after fixing its issue.

  • Keep checking a slow batch instead of submitting it again.

Print purchased labels

Open the completed labels and use the combined print action where available. Beventi prepares a merged PDF when it can; when courier PDFs cannot be merged safely, it will provide a ZIP download instead.

Check the order count before printing and keep the labels in the same sequence as the packing run.

FAQ

Will one failed order stop the whole batch?

No. The result identifies purchased, failed and skipped shipments separately.

Can I close the progress screen?

Yes. Processing continues in the background and you can resume the batch view.

Why must one order be purchased individually?

Some shipments require customs or tax identifiers that need individual review.

Should I submit the batch again if it is slow?

No. Reopen or check the existing batch. Re-submitting can make the fulfillment history harder to review even though Beventi uses safeguards against duplicate purchases.
