Understanding shipping
Wholesale listings use Beventi shipping profiles to determine where products can ship and what buyers pay for delivery, similar to Direct Sales or Event Preorders.
Valid shipping is required before a wholesale listing can be published.
"General shipping rates" apply to listing items that are not assigned to a custom profile. "Custom shipping rates" can be used when specific products or variants need different rates, destinations, separate-shipment behavior, or handling fees.
Set up shipping
Open your wholesale listing.
Go to Shipping.
Create or choose a shipping profile.
Add shipping zones and rates for the countries or regions you ship to.
Assign products or variants to the right profile when needed.
Use "Validate & test" to check coverage.
Use an "Everywhere else" zone when you need a catch-all rate for destinations not covered by more specific zones. If you don't have shipping coverage for a buyer's address, checkout will not show a usable delivery option.

Can I publish without shipping?
No. Valid shipping setup is required.
What if I do not ship to a buyer's country?
The buyer will not see a usable delivery option for that address and will be unable to complete checkout.
