Enable Easyship live rates on an order form
Enable Easyship separately on each order form or wholesale listing where buyers should see live carrier prices.
Before you start
Check that:
Easyship is connected.
A ship-from address is marked In use.
Every physical product, required variant and bundle item has complete measurements.
Required customs details are complete for profiles that may ship internationally.
Any packages you plan to use have accurate measurements.
Enable live rates
Open the order form or wholesale listing.
Open Delivery or Shipping, then choose Live rates.
Select Enable live rates.
Review product coverage. Fix any item marked as blocking setup.
Review the packages available for packing.
Confirm that the General shipping profile should use Easyship.
Finish setup.
Beventi keeps your existing saved shipping rates. They can act as backup for eligible temporary quote failures rather than leaving the buyer with no delivery option. Backup does not hide account, setup, provider-rejection, no-service or currency-mismatch problems.
What the General profile covers
The General profile is the default for products on the order form. It is the simplest choice when the same live-rate rules apply to everything you sell there.
Example: an order form containing paperbacks, hardbacks and book bundles can use one General profile, provided Beventi has the measurements and packing data for every item.
Use a custom profile for exceptions
Create a custom shipping profile when some products need different destinations, handling adjustments or shipping behavior.
For example:
Signed collector boxes can have a different handling fee from standard books.
A product that cannot be sent internationally can be limited to domestic zones.
A separately fulfilled product can be placed in its own shipment group.
Products in separate profiles may produce separate shipments and separate shipping charges in the quote.
Change package selection
After enabling live rates, return to live-rate settings to change which saved packages are available. Test again after any change.
Turn live rates off
Open the live-rate settings and select Turn off live rates. Your saved rates remain available according to the shipping profile configuration.
Turning live rates off does not disconnect Easyship from the seller profile and does not affect other order forms.
FAQ
Does enabling one order form enable all of them?
No. Repeat the setup for each order form or wholesale listing.
Will my old shipping rates be deleted?
No. Beventi keeps them and can use them as backup when a live quote is unavailable.
Can I enable rates when I have no saved package?
Yes, as long as all hard readiness checks pass. Adding your real mailers and boxes is still recommended for accuracy.
Why is setup blocked by one variant?
If that variant can be bought, Beventi must know its packed measurements before it can promise a live shipping price.
