Buy and print an Easyship shipping label

Choose a carrier service, buy one Easyship label and print its label, QR code or customs documents.

Buy and print an Easyship shipping label

Buy a label from the order's shipping card after an order is ready to fulfill. The purchase is charged to your Easyship wallet.

Before you buy

Check the following:

  • The Easyship account is connected and label permissions are available.

  • Webhook setup is healthy.

  • The order is not cancelled and the label card says it is eligible to buy.

  • The recipient's name, address, postcode and country are correct.

  • Product measurements and customs details match what you will pack.

  • Your Easyship wallet can cover the purchase.

Buy the label

  1. Open Shipping in Beventi and find the order.

  2. Review the destination and shipment details.

  3. Select Buy label.

  4. If the order does not already have a usable checkout service, choose one of the current fulfillment offers.

  5. Choose 4 × 6, A4 or A5 for the label.

  6. Enter any additional customs or tax identifiers requested for this shipment.

  7. Review the estimated cost, the amount the buyer paid for shipping and the margin where shown.

  8. Confirm the purchase.

The amount shown before purchase is an estimate. The completed shipment shows the amount billed by Easyship.

Confirm a changed price

If the current service price differs from the earlier checkout estimate, Beventi shows the new amount. Review the service and select Buy at new price only when you accept it.

This can happen when carrier rates change or the shipment information has been corrected since checkout.

Print the label

When the status becomes Ready:

  1. Select Print label.

  2. Open or download the document.

  3. Print at the same paper size selected for the purchase.

  4. Check that the barcode is clear and not cropped or scaled incorrectly.

If you use a 4 × 6 thermal printer, print at actual size. If a carrier supplies only an A4 label, Beventi will prompt you to retry explicitly in A4 instead of automatically buying another label.

Printing records the first print time but does not mark the shipment as dispatched. Mark it dispatched only after it has actually entered fulfillment or the carrier network.

Open other shipping documents

Depending on the carrier and route, the card can also provide:

  • QR code.

  • Commercial invoice.

  • Packing slip.

Print and attach international documents according to the carrier's instructions. Not every shipment includes every document.

When a label is still generating

Some labels are completed asynchronously. You can leave the page while Beventi continues checking. Use Check status if the label has been generating longer than expected.

Do not buy another label merely because the first request is slow. Beventi reconciles uncertain requests to reduce the risk of a duplicate charge.

FAQ

Where is the label purchase charged?

To the connected Easyship account's wallet.

Can I change label size for one shipment?

Yes. Choose the size in the confirmation before purchase.

Why must I choose a service after checkout?

The order may not have a usable live-rate selection. Beventi can request current fulfillment offers so you can choose the service before purchase.

Which customs identifiers might be requested?

The route may require recipient tax details, EEI or AES data, or seller and buyer VAT, EORI, IOSS, EIN or similar identifiers. Enter only information that applies to the shipment.
