Manage Easyship labels, tracking and dispatch

Use the seller-wide Shipping workspace to manage paid orders from Direct Sales, Wholesale and Event Preorders. You can buy and print labels, add tracking, mark shipments as dispatched and follow issues without opening each order form first.

Open the Shipping workspace

Open Shipping in the main Beventi navigation. The workspace includes the following options:

  • Needs shipping for paid orders waiting to be fulfilled.

  • Labels required for shipments without a purchased label.

  • Ready to dispatch for labels that are ready but not yet shipped.

  • Issues for address, package or rate problems.

  • Shipped for completed dispatch work.

  • All for the full list.

Search by customer, order or tracking number. You can also filter by sales channel, destination country or carrier.

Use label filters

On an individual order form's Shipping tab, you can also filter label work by:

  • Needs label.

  • Generating.

  • Ready.

  • Failed.

  • Voided.

  • Ineligible.

Ready labels can also be separated into printed and unprinted work. Use these views to plan a packing run without losing orders in the full list.

Understand the statuses

  • Needs label means the shipment can move into label review.

  • Generating means Easyship has accepted work that is not complete yet.

  • Ready means the label and available documents can be opened.

  • Failed means the attempt needs attention or a safe retry.

  • Voided means the label has been canceled through the provider workflow.

  • Ineligible means the order is not currently suitable for a label, with the reason shown on the card.

Check a slow label

If a label remains on Generating, select Check status. Beventi checks the existing Easyship shipment; it does not deliberately start a second purchase.

Continue using the existing card or batch. Do not create a separate label directly in Easyship unless you are intentionally taking over the shipment and will reconcile the records yourself.

Retry a failed label

  1. Open the failed label card.

  2. Read the failure message.

  3. Fix the address, parcel, permission, wallet or customs problem named there.

  4. Select Retry label.

  5. If Beventi says the earlier result is unknown, use the offered reconciliation action so it can check the original request safely.

If Easyship requires A4 for that carrier, retry explicitly with A4 when prompted.

Open tracking and documents

A ready label card can show the tracking number, carrier details, cost and purchase date. Open the available label, QR code, invoice or packing slip from the card.

Tracking visibility depends on what Easyship and the carrier return for that shipment. A courier QR code appears only when the carrier supplies one.

Add tracking manually

Use the order's shipping details when you need to add or correct tracking outside the label flow. You can record the carrier, shipping status, shipped date, tracking number and tracking URL, then choose whether to notify the customer.

Add another tracking number when one shipment uses more than one parcel. Orders that were split into separate shipments keep their own items, label and tracking details.

Mark orders as dispatched

When the parcel has left your control:

  1. Select the shipment or shipments in Ready to dispatch.

  2. Select Mark dispatched.

  3. Review the selected orders.

  4. Confirm the update.

Do not mark an order dispatched merely because its label is ready. Complete this step when the parcel has actually entered fulfillment or the carrier network.

Void a label

Void is available only before the carrier has started moving the shipment. A voided label cannot be printed.

  1. Open the ready label card.

  2. Select Void label.

  3. Review the warning.

  4. Confirm the void request.

  5. Wait for the card to show the completed result.

Voiding asks Easyship to cancel the shipment using the Easyship account that bought it. Refund timing and availability are controlled by the provider and carrier; a voided status does not promise an immediate wallet credit.

If the void result is uncertain, use the existing card to check or reconcile it. Do not repeatedly send cancellation requests.

FAQ

Can I print a ready label again?

Yes. Reopening the document does not buy another label.

Does Retry always create a new charge?

Beventi will first follow the safe recovery path for the existing request. Read any reconciliation or new-price prompt before confirming.

Why is an order ineligible?

The card will explain the reason. Common causes include order state, missing shipment data or a shipment that needs individual review.

Does voiding guarantee a refund?

No. Easyship and the carrier determine whether and when a credit is issued.
