The organizer chooses which venue maps to make available and who can view each one. Map access and schedule access are separate settings.
The Map tab is missing, or there is no map yet
Check that you opened the correct event. The organizer may not have made a map available yet. Contact the organizer if you need the venue layout before it appears.
The map is locked
Read the access message for that map:
Open to readers going: sign in, then use Going to mark yourself as going to the event. This is event attendance status, separate from a session RSVP. An order alone does not meet this map's Going requirement.
Open to readers with an order: sign in to the account associated with your confirmed event order. Marking yourself Going alone does not meet this requirement. If you want to place an order, use Browse preorders; if you already ordered, check your account before placing another order.
Marking yourself Going does not buy an admission ticket. Follow the organizer's ticket and entry requirements separately.
Other maps may remain available while the selected map is locked. Use the map picker or Other maps to view them.
The map opens but sessions are missing
Rooms and places can be available even when their session information cannot load. If the page says Could not load sessions. The map is still available., retry the session request. You can continue using the map itself.
Schedule restrictions also apply independently. Opening a map does not override a restricted schedule or session.
The map has no pins, or a room is missing
The organizer may have provided a plan image without adding room or place pins. A drawn room label on the image does not automatically become an interactive pin.
Clear your search, change This map to All maps, and check the other plans. Contact the organizer if a room, place or session location needs correcting.
The map will not load
Check your connection and choose Try again. If you see You're going. Couldn't load the map. Try again., your Going choice was saved but the map did not load; retry loading it.
If the problem continues, contact Beventi support with the event link, selected map name, device/browser, whether you were signed in, and the exact error message.
FAQ
Why can I open the schedule but not the map?
The organizer can set access separately for the schedule and each map. Check the map's own message.
Why can I see a map's name but not its plan or pins?
A locked map remains listed so you can see that it exists and read its access requirement. Its plan and pins are unavailable in that view.
Will someone I send a map link to get my access?
No. A link to the Beventi map page uses the recipient's own access. Do not assume that a PDF you have downloaded or shared will become unavailable when the organizer changes the map.
