From the author portal, refer to the navigation on the left of your screen. Select “Events” and then select “Create Order Form."
2. Create form for Signing Event: This page will allow you to search for signings by the title, nickname or city. If the event is not listed, you can create it yourself.
3. Customize your Event Order Form.
Instructions: Use this box to include any refund policies and instructions.
Form Close Date: Your form will close on this date and no additional orders will be accepted after this date.
Currency: Select your preferred currency for this event.
Deposits: Allow readers to pay a deposit in order to secure their order and pay the remaining balance in installments before your form close date. You can select your preferred deposit percentage as well as a minimum order total before a deposit is allowed. Be sure to include a deposit policy. Example: $100.00 deposit minimum with 20% collected at the time of order.
4. Select “Create & Continue.”
5. On the Products tab, select "Add Products." You can choose a specific selection of your products to offer for the event or click "Select All" to add all products in your Beventi inventory. After selecting your desired products, click "Add Selected."
6. Once you’ve selected the products, you’ll need to set pricing. Additionally, using the slider menu, you can set a stock limit for each product and a limit per customer. Click "Apply Changes" then select “Save."
7. Using the “Settings” tab, you can review or edit the form’s Description, Maximum Order Quantity, Terms & Conditions, form Close Date and Deposit Settings. This tab can also be used to delete the order form. Toggling "Private" in these settings will prevent the order form from being publicly viewable on the event page and your Beventi profile. Use this setting if you want to offer this order form only to specific readers (who you will provide the order form's direct link to).
8. Click "Save Settings."
9. Select “Publish” at the top right of the page. You can choose to publish your order form now, or schedule it for a later date. Once you’ve published the form, it will now appear under the event's page and your Beventi profile page, and will also notify your followers that your preorder form is now available.
