Your bank accounts that are connected with Bilance will be synced periodically to keep your financial data up to date.
Syncing Limitations
There are 2 main limitations to syncing with banks.
Bilance will sync with your accounts up to 4 times per day. This is because of technical limitations with bank integrations.
You need to update your consent to access your bank accounts after every 90 days. This is because of the Open Banking regulation set by the European Union with PSD2 (Payment Service Directive 2)
What to Do If Syncing Fails
Temporary Issues: If your sync fails, wait for the next scheduled sync. These issues are usually temporary and are resolved automatically.
Persistent Issues: If syncing continues to fail, please contact our support team for further assistance.
No Need to Delete Connections: You don’t need to delete your bank connection. If you want to reconnect your account, simply go to the Accounts tab and select Add Account to start the connection process again.
