To change the bank account receiving deposits from your BirdEase Payments account, you'll first need to log into your BirdEase Payments account through your event manager or directly at payments.birdease.com. If you have not yet linked a bank account, check out this help article.
Once logged in, navigate to Settings, and click on the Bank Accounts tab. Click '+ Add Bank Account' to enter your new bank account information and upload the required bank documentation. To ensure our payment partner can accept the bank document you provide, check out the bank linking document requirements prior to uploading the file.
After completing these steps, our payment partner needs to be notified that there has been a change in your bank information. And we're here to help! After adding a new bank account, reach out to us at help@birdeasepro.com to let us know about the change. We will reach out to our payment partner on your behalf so they can review the bank information and documentation and link your new bank account.
When the new bank account has been linked, you'll be notified via email and future deposits will go to your new bank account. If our payment partner can't link your bank account for any reason, you'll receive a Bank Account Info Request email. For security purposes, our payment partner doesn't include the reason your bank account couldn't be linked in the email, so reach out to our BirdEase Payments Support Team if you need assistance.
