Manual Bank Account Linking for your BirdEase Payments account.

Adding a bank account via the manual method requires two things:

  • A routing number and a bank account number.

    • The bank account you connect must be tied to the organization/business that you use to apply for your BirdEase Payments account. A personal bank account can only be used if you applied as a Sole Proprietor.

  • Voided check or Bank statement

    • This is to prove ownership of the account and helps our payment partner ensure the funds are going to the right place.

Bank documents must contain the name on the account, the full account number, and the routing number. Documents missing any of this information or showing only partial information will not be accepted.

Follow the instructions below to link your bank account via the Manual Bank Linking process:

  1. Get to the Bank Accounts section in the BirdEase Payments portal.

    1. If you cannot find it, check out this article.
      ​

  2. Select the Manual option and click Next.

  3. Provide your bank account and routing information.

  4. Click "Choose File" and upload either a voided check or bank statement.

  5. Once all information is entered and uploaded click Submit.

  6. Done!

Our payment partner's underwriting team will review the documentation and verify the ownership of the account. Once verified, you will receive an email notification from BirdEase letting you know that your bank account has been linked.
