If your screen protector or lens protector has broken, cracked, or arrived damaged, this is covered under our 12-month warranty.

  • A photo showing the damage

  • Your order number

What happens next

We'll review the photos and arrange a replacement.

Shipping costs

  • Within 60 days of purchase: replacement and shipping are both free

  • After 60 days (within 12 months): replacement is free, you cover shipping
