1. Name, phone number, and email questions are the default questions. They are not editable at this time, but guests can skip* phone number or email questions by using the ☰ menu that appears on the top left of the Open House Sign-in. They just need to select "Skip Question"
*your guests can't skip both email and phone number questions. They'll need to enter either an email OR a phone number to proceed.
2. The three Additional Questions can be edited and toggled on and off in listing's setup under MY LISTINGS – more info here.
3. The question asking guests about if they have mortgage questions or need an introduction to a lender is dependent on if there's a paired lender. There's more info available on the paired lender (article here) and the enhanced features (article here) that are enabled when a lender is paired.
Can Questions be Skipped?
Phone Number and Email questions can be skipped by visitors: the options are in the ☰ menu that appears on the top left of the Open House Sign-in and selecting "Skip Question" (your guests can't skip both btw....they'll need to enter either an email OR a phone number).
The mortgage question can be skipped by visitors: just press the Next Arrow.
