The following instructions will walk you through how to use Bonterra Que while logged into Bonterra’s Nonprofit Hub.
Step 1: Click to activate Bonterra Que
In the Nonprofit Hub, locate the Ask Que button in the bottom-right corner of any page and click it to begin a conversation.
Step 2: Begin your chat with Bonterra Que
Select one of our existing prompts, or type in your own question! Bonterra Que will be able to provide consultation and guidance using our own coaching and fundraising tools.
Step 3: Additional actions within Bonterra Que
When Bonterra Que is activated, you can also take the following actions:
Start conversation: Click the plus sign to start or go back to your active conversation if you've opened any of the other actions.
Access prior conversation history: The clock icon will show you all previous chats you've had with the assistant, so helpful information you've already researched is readily available.
Interact with Bonterra Que’s response: Rate it with a thumbs up or down, copy it, or share it by email.
Close the conversation: Go back and close your current conversation when done. You can return to Ask Que at any time!
