Resetting your password is sometimes necessary to regain access to your Bonterra Nonprofit Hub account. The process is simple and only takes a few minutes to complete.
Follow the steps below to reset your Bonterra Nonprofit Hub password and sign back in.
Step 1: Go to the Nonprofit Hub Sign Up Page
Use the following URL to navigate to our Nonprofit Hub Sign Up page: https://connect.bonterra.network
From there, click the "Sign In or Register" button in the center of your screen to begin.
Step 2: Enter the email address you use to access Nonprofit Hub
Enter your email address in the “Email” field and select “Next”.
*Note: If you were a FrontDoor user, this would be the email address you used to access FrontDoor.
Step 3: Select the “Forgot Password” Link
On the password page of the login workflow, select the “Forgot Password” link underneath the password field.
Step 4: Confirm Email Address
Confirm your email address and select the “Next” button.
Step 5: Check Your Email
Check your inbox for an email from the Bonterra Network that contains a 6 digit code that allows you to reset your Bonterra Nonprofit Hub password. Once you have this code, enter it into the “Verify your identity” page of the password reset flow.
Step 6: Enter a New Password
Enter a new password that you will use to access Bonterra Nonprofit Hub as well as Nonprofit Hub-enabled funder programs (formerly FrontDoor-enabled). This password must meet the following requirements:
At least 8 characters
At least 3 of the following:
Lower case letters (a-z)
Upper case letters (A-Z)
Numbers (0-9)
Special characters (e.g. !@#$%&*^)
Step 7: Navigate Back to the Nonprofit Hub Login
Navigate back to https://connect.bonterra.network and select the “Sign in or register” button. Login with your email and the new password you created.
