Our Image Search through Pixabay provides over 2 million images which have been reviewed by humans to be safe for use. However, we do realise that some images may still not be suitable for younger students.

If ever you do come across a photo that you feel is inappropriate for the students in your library, you can instantly block it by clicking on the flag next to the image. It will be removed from any future search results your students perform in that library.

If you are part of a school or district license this will also instantly block the image from all other students and teachers in your license.

All blocked images are notified to the Book Creator team. We will review it and potentially provide a system wide block so that all teachers can benefit.

If you want to unblock an image and make it available in search results again, simply click on the flag again and then unblock it.
