What is a student portfolio in Book Creator?
It is a specialized library that consists of a collection of student books showcasing their learning, growth, and achievements throughout their learning journey. It is owned by the student, monitored by the teachers and viewable by friends and family.
How do I get this feature?
If you have a domain wide license of Book Creator then Student Portfolios are immediately available. Speak to your administration or account manager for more details. If you're a customer but not yet on a domain license, talk to your Teacher Success Manager about upgrading to take advantage of this feature.

How do I manage student portfolios?
As an administrator managing portfolios at scale is easy. With access to the Admin Dashboard, you can download all the 'read-only' portfolio links for easy distribution and sharing with parents, or import them into your management system's parent portal.
Note: An overnight batch process generates the portfolio data file every 24hrs.
Once you select 'Download as CSV', a comma separated file will be saved to your browser's download folder.
File Structure
The downloaded CSV file contains the relevant data to identify each student and their portfolio URL.
Book Creator ID | Name | Portfolio URL | Clever ID | Teacher Email |
Book Creator ID - the unique identifier for a student's Book Creator account.
Name - the name of a student as it appears in their Book Creator account.
Email - the email address of a student, this is only populated when Microsoft, Google, or LTI logins are used.
Portfolio URL - the unique 'read-only' student portfolio URL
Clever ID - the Clever ID of a student, this is only populated when Clever logins are used.
Teacher email - the email address of the teacher where QR code logins are used.
