Can I edit existing application templates?

Yes, click the 3 dots next to the desired template to make changes.
Select Edit

To add workouts to a program, follow these steps:

  1. Select the program you want to edit

    • Navigate to DashboardApplicationsTemplates.

    • Select the program you wish to edit.

  2. Add workouts under Program #1

    • Under Program #1, you can add more workouts by clicking Add Workout.

  3. Fill in the details for each workout

    • Enter a name: Give the workout a specific name (e.g., Warm-up, WOD, Cooldown).

    • Select a workout type: Select the type of workout, e.g., strength training, cardio, functional training, etc.

    • Set a time limit: Specify how long you want the workout to last, for example, 10 minutes (minutes and seconds).

    • Add a description: Provide a detailed description of the workout so that both coaches and participants understand the build-up.

    • Coaches Notes: Add any notes to the coaches to guide them through the workout.

  4. Save the changes

    • After adding the workout, click Save to save the program.
