How to create a new event

Follow this guide to create a new event in the system:

Navigate to event creation

  1. Go to Dashboard.

  2. Click Event in the menu.

  3. Select New Event to start the creation.

Fill in the details

  1. Title: Enter a descriptive title for the event (e.g. "Adventure Seekers Expedition").

  2. Available in the following gyms: Select the centres where you want the event to be visible.

  3. Confirmation email: Specify whether to send a confirmation email upon registration.

  4. Short description: Add a concise introduction to the event.

  5. Description: Elaborate on details about the event.

Add Images

  • Upload images in 4:3 format, recommended size: 2048 × 1536 pixels.

Enter date and time

  1. To be held: Select the start and end date and time of the event.

  2. Registration Period: Specify when attendees can register for the event.

Create ticket types

  1. Name: Name the ticket type (e.g., "Standard ticket").

  2. Number of tickets available: Specify how many tickets can be sold.

  3. Price: Set the price per ticket in DKK.

  4. Enrollment Requirements: Specify any requirements like T-shirt sizes, food preferences, etc.

Exit

Click Save to create the event and make it available for registration.
