How to create a new campaign

Follow this guide to add a new campaign type to the system:


Step 1: Navigate to the creation form

  1. Go to Dashboard.

  2. Click Campaigns in the menu.

  3. Select New Campaign Type to open the creation form.


Step 2: Fill in the campaign details

Basic Information

  • Name: Enter the title of the campaign (ex: "Summer Campaign").

  • Short description: Write a short text that summarizes the campaign.

  • Cover Image: Upload an image that represents the campaign.

Description

  • Add a more detailed text to describe the content and purpose of the campaign.

Contract

  • Upload or enter the specific terms and conditions of the promotion.


Step 3: Define the Campaign Properties

General Properties

  • Frequency: Specify how often you want the campaign to repeat (if applicable).

  • Product code and SKU: Add product code and SKU for internal registration.

  • Number of seats: Limit the number of participants if necessary.

  • Public Available: Check if you want the campaign to be shown publicly.

Validity

  • Membership usable from/to: Enter the start and end dates of the campaign.

  • Validity for months or days: Define how long the campaign is active after the purchase date.


Step 4: Set training properties

  • Maximum number of active class registrations: Limit the number of class registrations that are allowed at the same time.

  • Number of days ahead: Specify how far ahead participants can book classes.

  • Access to specific teams: Mark which teams the campaign gives access to.


Step 5: Communication

  • Upload or write a welcome email that will be sent automatically upon signing up for the promotion.


Step 6: Price and availability

  • Price: Specify the price of the campaign in Danish kroner (DKK).

  • Setup fee: Add any participation fee.

  • VAT: Specify the VAT rate as a percentage (%).

  • Available in gyms: Select where you want the campaign to be active.

  • Sales Period: Enter the start and end dates for when the campaign can be purchased.


Step 7: Save the campaign

Click Save to create the campaign. You'll then be able to find it in the campaign type list under Dashboard > Memberships > Campaigns.
