In this article, we show you how to create a Personal Trainer in the system by assigning the Personal Trainer role to an employee. Once the role has been assigned, the person will become available as a Personal Trainer in the system.
Steps
Go to Staff and then select Employees.
There are two ways to assign the role:
Existing employee: Click Edit next to the employee.
New employee: Click New employee.
In the Roles dropdown field, select Personal Trainer.
Click Save to complete the setup.
Tip
Make sure the correct employee role is selected before saving. This ensures that the person is correctly created as a Personal Trainer and can be selected in the system.
