Step-by-step guide
Navigation bar (top)
At the top of the screen you find the app's navigation bar with the title and action buttons.
Back arrow: Takes you back to the previous screen.
"Shifts": Shows that you are on the Shifts screen.
Start shift icon: Shown when you do not have an active shift. Tap to start a new ad hoc shift. The icon looks like a plus on a shift shield.
End shift icon: Shown only when you have an active shift. Tap to end your current ad hoc shift. The icon looks like a checkmark on a shift shield.
Tab bar
Just below the navigation bar you find two tabs that switch between different views of shifts.
Mine: Shows your own scheduled shifts. This is the tab shown first.
Available: Shows shifts that colleagues have made available for swap. You can take an available shift from here.
Tap a tab to switch between the views. You can also swipe left or right to switch tabs.
My shifts (the "Mine" tab)
This tab shows a list of all your upcoming shifts. Each shift shows date, time, and any details. Tap a shift to see more details about it. From here you can also make a shift available for swap with colleagues.
Available shifts (the "Available" tab)
This tab shows shifts that other employees have put up for swap. Browse the list to find a shift that suits you. Tap an available shift to see details and possibly take it.
Start an ad hoc shift
Use this function if you need to start a shift that is not planned in advance.
Step 1 — Check the icon

Tap the start shift icon in the top right of the navigation bar.
Step 3 — Confirm
A confirmation dialog appears with the text: "Are you sure you want to start a new shift?" Tap Confirm to start the shift. The app saves the fitness centre and start time, shows "Shift started" and switches the icon to the end shift icon. Tap Cancel if you change your mind.
End an ad hoc shift
When you are done with your ad hoc shift, you need to end it.
Step 1 — Check the icon
Make sure you have an active shift — the icon in the top right should look like a checkmark.
Step 2 — Tap the End shift icon
Tap the end shift icon in the top right of the navigation bar.
Step 3 — Confirm
A confirmation dialog appears with the text: "Are you sure you want to end the shift?" Tap Confirm to end the shift. The app calculates the duration, creates the shift with the description "Ad hoc shift", shows "Shift created" and reloads your shifts. Tap Cancel if you change your mind.
