1. Check membership type and pricing setup
Start by checking the relevant membership type.
How to do it:
Go to Memberships
Open the relevant membership type
Go to the Price tab
2. Check active prices
Make sure:
There is an active standard price
The price has a valid time period
The price is not expired or in the future
⚠️ If no active standard price exists, the system cannot assign a correct price.
3. Check validity period
Start date is correct
End date is not exceeded
No overlapping price periods
👉 The system always uses the price active at the time of purchase.
4. Check age groups
No overlapping age intervals allowed
Avoid duplicate coverage of the same age range
Recommended setup:
0–30 years
30+ years
5. Check VAT and tax settings
Correct VAT rate
Correct tax configuration
Inclusive/exclusive pricing setup
6. Important – historical price validity
👉 The system uses the price that was active at purchase time, not the current one.
7. Conclusion
