Problem
A registration shows the status No-show even though the class has not yet taken place.
Possible cause
The No-show status is normally assigned after a class ends and the member neither checked in nor cancelled. On a future class, this may indicate a data issue.
Solution
Check the class start date and time.
If the class hasn't started yet, the status should be Enrolled.
Contact your administrator and include details about:
The member's name.
The class name and start date.
The status shown.
