A registration shows 'No-show' but the class hasn't taken place yet

Problem

A registration shows the status No-show even though the class has not yet taken place.

Possible cause

The No-show status is normally assigned after a class ends and the member neither checked in nor cancelled. On a future class, this may indicate a data issue.

Solution

  1. Check the class start date and time.

  2. If the class hasn't started yet, the status should be Enrolled.

Contact your administrator and include details about:

  • The member's name.

  • The class name and start date.

  • The status shown.
