Nothing happens when I click Create

Problem

Nothing happens when you click Create, even though you have filled in the form.

Possible cause

One or more required fields have not been filled in correctly. Error messages may be on a field that is not currently visible on the screen.

Solution

  1. Make sure all required fields are filled in across both sections.

  2. Look for red error messages below individual fields — they show exactly what is missing.

  3. Scroll through the entire form, as the error may be on a field that is not visible on your screen.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • Which fields showed error messages.

  • Any error messages you saw.
