I can't find a specific class

Problem

You cannot find a specific class in the list even though you expect it to be there.

Possible cause

The class may be hidden by a search error, or it may be inactive or outside its scheduled period, which means it does not appear in the list.

Solution

  1. Check the spelling in the search field.

  2. Clear the search field and scroll through the list.

  3. Check whether the class is active and within its scheduled period.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • The name of the class you are searching for.

  • Whether the class appears elsewhere in the system.

  • When the issue occurred.
