I can't find the class after editing

Problem

The class cannot be found in the calendar or list view after editing.

Possible cause

The edit may have changed the class date or location so the class now appears under a different date or location than before. The date range or location filter may be hiding the class.

Solution

  1. Check that the date range includes the new class date.

  2. Check that the correct location filter is selected — or choose All locations.

  3. Clear the search field and see if the class appears.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • The class name and the new date or location.

  • The date range and location filter you are using.

  • When the issue occurred.
