The class still appears in public booking

Problem

The class is visible in the public booking calendar even though it should be hidden from uninvited members.

Possible cause

A closed class requires the Is a closed class setting to be enabled. Without this setting, the class will continue to appear in the public calendar and can be booked by anyone — regardless of other settings on the class template.

Solution

  1. Open the edit view for the class template planning.

  2. Check that Is a closed class is switched on.

  3. Save the changes.

  4. Check the public calendar again after saving.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • The class name.

  • When the setting was last changed.
