Guests can't book the class

Problem

Guests cannot book the class even though it should be possible.

Possible cause

Guest booking must be explicitly enabled per class template. If Allow guest bookings is not switched on, the class is unavailable to guests regardless of the system's other settings.

Solution

  1. Open the edit view for the class template planning.

  2. Check that Allow guest bookings is switched on.

  3. Save the changes.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • The class name.

  • Whether other class templates have guest booking enabled.

  • When the issue occurred.
