Problem
Guests cannot book the class even though it should be possible.
Possible cause
Guest booking must be explicitly enabled per class template. If Allow guest bookings is not switched on, the class is unavailable to guests regardless of the system's other settings.
Solution
Open the edit view for the class template planning.
Check that Allow guest bookings is switched on.
Save the changes.
