Problem
The class template whose planning you want to edit is not visible in the overview.
Possible cause
Editing planning is accessed via Classes → Planning and not via Class Templates directly. You may be on the wrong page, or the template may be filtered out in the current view.
Solution
Go back to Classes in the left menu.
Select Planning.
Find the desired class template in the overview.
Click the 3 dots and select Edit planning.
If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:
The name of the class template you are looking for.
Whether the template was previously visible in the overview.
