The time slot is already taken

Problem

The system shows an error that the time slot or location is already taken.

Possible cause

A class already exists at the selected time at the selected location. The system does not allow overlapping classes at the same location at the same time.

Solution

  1. Select a different start time that does not overlap with an existing class.

  2. Select a different location if the time is correct.

  3. Check the calendar to see which time slots are available.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • The time and location you were trying to select.

  • When the issue occurred.
