I booked the wrong member or class by mistake

Problem

The drop-in booking was created with incorrect information.

Possible cause

After booking you are taken directly to the member's profile page. There is no option to undo directly from the booking screen.

Solution

  1. You are now on the member's profile page. Find the drop-in booking and remove it.

  2. Then return to the drop-in screen and create a new booking with the correct information.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • The member's name and the class affected.

  • When the booking was created.
