Problem
The search in the Member field does not return the desired result.
Possible cause
The search shows no results when the field is empty — you must type at least part of the name. A spelling error may mean the member is not returned. If the member is brand new, they may not have been added to the system yet.
Solution
Type at least part of the member's name — the search does not start if the field is empty.
Double-check the spelling.
If the member is new, create their member profile first and then return to booking.
