No drop-in types appear in the Drop-in dropdown

Problem

The Drop-in field is empty and there are no options to select.

Possible cause

Drop-in types are searched automatically, but you may need to type a few characters to refine the results. If the list remains empty, your organisation may not have created any drop-in types yet. It may also be caused by a temporary connection issue.

Solution

  1. Try typing a few characters to refine the search.

  2. Reload the page and search again — there may have been a temporary issue.

  3. Contact an administrator if no drop-in types have been created yet.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • Whether drop-in types have been created in the system.

  • When the issue occurred.
