Problem
The product list is shown but contains no products.
Possible cause
If no products have been created in the system yet, the list will naturally be empty. It may also be caused by an active search filter hiding all products.
Solution
Clear the search field and check that the list is shown without a filter.
Reload the page if you expect to see existing products.
Click New product at the top of the page to create the first product.
If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:
Whether there were previously products in the list.
When the issue occurred.
