The instructor list is empty

Problem

There are no instructors to select in the Coaches field.

Possible cause

Only active employees can be selected as instructors. If the list is empty, no active employees may have been created in the system, or they may not have the necessary permissions to act as instructors.

Solution

  1. Reload the page and see if the instructors appear.

  2. Check that the employees are marked as active in the employee list.

  3. Contact an administrator if you believe instructors should be available.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • The centre you have selected.

  • Whether the issue affects all users or only you.

  • When the issue occurred.
