Problem
The Create button does not respond even though you have filled in the form.
Possible cause
The form cannot be submitted if one or more required fields are not filled in correctly. This may involve an empty centre field, a selling price of zero or an invalid VAT rate.
Solution
Check that all required fields are filled in.
Look for red error messages below the fields — they show exactly what is missing.
Check that you have selected at least one centre in the Availability in centres field.
Check that the Selling price is greater than zero.
Check that a valid VAT rate has been selected.
Correct any errors and click Create again.
