Problem
The Save changes button does not respond even though you have filled in the form.
Possible cause
The form cannot be submitted if one or more required fields are not filled in correctly. This may involve a missing image, an empty full description, an invalid account number or a missing VAT rate.
Solution
Check that all required fields are filled in.
Look for red error messages below the fields.
Make sure at least one product image is uploaded.
Check that the Full description is not empty.
Check that the Account number is a number greater than zero.
Correct any errors and click Save changes again.
