Problem
The downloaded CSV file contains no data — only column headers or is completely empty.
Possible cause
If the product has no stock entries, the CSV file will have column headers but no data rows. It may also be because you are looking at the wrong product.
Solution
Check that you are looking at the correct product — see the product name at the top of the page.
Switch to the Stock tab and check that there are stock entries in the table.
Reload the page and export again.
If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:
The product name.
When the issue occurred.
